The North American Council of Utility Professionals (NACUP) provides administrative and logistical support related to its professional certification programs.

Certification Support is intended to assist candidates and credential holders with process-related inquiries. It does not include exam preparation, coaching, or interpretation of exam content.

What Certification Support Can Assist With

Certification Support may assist with:

What Certification Support Does Not Provide

Certification Support does not provide:

Response times may be extended during peak testing periods.
